As customers’ demands evolve, you might wonder how in the world you can change your content strategy to keep up. Finding consensus among executives, teammates, and departments with competing ideas about content can seem as challenging as running 100 miles. Gavin has run 100-mile ultramarathons! He has also helped Salesforce’s 100+ person documentation team implement a new content strategy. In both cases, survival required overcoming fear, choosing the right gear, learning from mistakes, prioritizing the right tasks, enlisting a crew for support, and not quitting when it felt like there was no way to finish.
