Our primary platform for support and documentation is Zendesk. I am the sole technical writer on a customer-support team. In addition to managing the Help Desk, I conduct trainings, collaborate with on writing projects with our marketing team, and educate my team on software upgrades.
My company, Galaxy Digital, develops volunteer-matching and -management software for nonprofits, corporations, universities, and other organizations that champion volunteer engagement. Our mission is to build stronger communities through simple technology that improves lives and connects people, organizations, and resources.
